Guarantee

We offer one year guarantee from the date of purchase for the product as described.

Should a fault or defect become apparent within this time, we will repair or replace, as deemed necessary, free of charge.
Please return the product, together with the receipt received, by registered post and appropriately insured.

​You can pay using your credit card, through our secure payment page. Your information are not transmitted to us.

You can also pay via direct deposit. Email us at nicko@oldtimersmine.com.au after checking out, to get our bank account details and deposit the money through your bank to ours.

The GST (10%) in included in all our prices. If you are buying from outside Australia you should be entitled to ask for tax back.

All our prices include the GST in Australia, 10% of the price. When purchasing from overseas you might have to pay taxes in your country. We are not responsible for these taxes and can’t guarantee you won’t have to pay tax at your country’s customs.

Shipping

We offer free shipping to Australia for any order over $250. All items can be tracked using the allocated tracking number. Shipping fees, if any, is calculated in Australian dollar (AU$).

These policies apply to domestic orders; to be shipped within Australia.

We offer FREE Standard shipping on all domestic orders over $250.

Overseas deliveries :

We offer FREE Standard shipping on all orders overseas over $500.

Order cancellation

If you happen to change your mind about an order, please get in touch with us at 08 8672 5555 with your order number within the next 24h after your order was placed.

Returns​

We do not accept returns, unless the product arrives damaged or defective, if the product arrives damaged or defective you have 4 days after receiving the package to notify us, otherwise, the product will be considered as used.

Conditions of return :

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchange

We offer to exchange an item for another item of the same value or more, price differences will be covered by the buyer.
Opal

Crystal opals are naturally translucent stones that require special care.

Play of colour and transparency will vary in each stone. We cannot guarantee exact replicas of the stones photographed.

Triplet and doublet stones require special care and should not be worn under water.

Opal polish​

Opal cutter by trade, Nicko Farantouris owner of Old Timers Mine, will happily and free of charge, polish your opal in the future if needed, when purchasing an opal from us.

​Ring resizing

We resize any gold ring free of charge. Please not that resizing will add extra time to the delivery and some rings can only be resized up or down a few sizes. Feel free to contact us prior to your purchase to make sure we can resize your ring.
